We collect only what we need to run your account and deliver the Service:

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment metadata processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Content you provide: prompts, uploaded reference images or videos, and the thumbnails you generate.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and basic analytics about how the Service is used.
• Cookies: small files used for authentication, session continuity, and analytics.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process your generation requests and deliver outputs back to you.
• Authenticate you, secure your account, and prevent abuse.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Communicate service updates, security notices, and (with consent) product news.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Uploaded images, videos, and prompts are used solely to power your generation requests. We do not sell your content and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models. Content may be processed transiently by our AI model providers strictly to return your generated thumbnail.

We rely on a small number of vetted vendors to operate the Service:

• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• Authentication and email delivery providers.
• Payment processors for subscription billing.
• AI model providers for image generation.
• Analytics providers to understand aggregate product usage.

Each is contractually required to protect your data.

We retain account and content data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@thumbnailbuddy.ai.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine security review. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

ThumbnailBuddy.ai is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
