Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $10 per month following a 7-day free trial.
• Your plan includes 30 thumbnail generations per billing month. If you need more, you can upgrade at any time.
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates third-party rights.
• Infringe intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights.
• Impersonate real people without permission, or generate deceptive deepfakes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the prompts, references, and generated thumbnails associated with your account ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Subject to these Terms and the underlying AI model providers' terms, you may use thumbnails you generate on ThumbnailBuddy.ai for personal and commercial purposes, including on YouTube and other platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the product.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbnailBuddy.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
